CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

1. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
You can return the product you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
You can initiate your return request by sending an email to info@zuphire.com stating your invoice number and order number.
After your request is received, our team will contact you as soon as possible and inform you about how to return the product.
- The product must be sent with its original packaging and all accessories.
- Returns of used, opened, or products that have lost their resale value are not accepted.
- The original invoice of the product must be sent together with the returned product.
The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest after the returned product reaches our company, using the same payment method.
2. Exchange Conditions
Products to be exchanged must:
- Be unused, undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition,
- Not have shipping labels or tape directly attached to the original box or package.
For corporate invoice orders, a return invoice in the format "Product Unit Price + VAT" must be issued by the relevant organization. Return/exchange transactions for corporate orders cannot be completed without a return invoice.
3. Products Damaged During Shipping
Please check the product in the presence of the courier when receiving delivery.
If damage such as tearing, crushing, or wetting is detected in the packaging, a "Damage Report" should be prepared together with the courier company and the product should not be accepted.
After a damaged product is accepted, the shipping company's liability ends.
After the damage report reaches our company, a new product will be sent to you as soon as possible.
4. Defective or Faulty Products

If your request is approved, you will be asked to send us the product together with its invoice.
If the defect is found to be manufacturing-related after product inspection, the product will be replaced free of charge or refunded.

For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, shipping costs: are covered by Zuphire.
For exchange requests, shipping costs: are the responsibility of the Buyer.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following products:
- Products prepared or customized specifically for a person,
- Opened software, digital content, or hygiene products,
- Products that cannot be resold after use or installation,
- Products that deteriorate quickly or may expire.
